How Patch Panic and Primal Array handle information when you use the game.

1. Who we are

Patch Panic is a game published by Primal Array LLC (“Primal Array,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains information handled when you use Patch Panic and when you contact us for support.

2. Information stored locally on your device

Patch Panic stores game information locally on your device so the game can remember your progress and preferences. This may include completed jobs, star ratings, credits, achievements, technician rank, Daily Challenge history and streaks, unlocked or equipped cosmetics, tutorial state, hint usage, ad-related gameplay state, and game settings.

Patch Panic does not currently require a player account or cloud profile. Local game progress is associated with that installation of the game rather than a Primal Array account.

3. Advertising

Patch Panic uses Google Mobile Ads. The game may show interstitial ads at natural gameplay breaks, including campaign checkpoint jobs and after repeated use of Reset cables within the same puzzle session. Patch Panic also offers optional rewarded ads for benefits such as receiving a hint or resetting the paid-hint credit cost at eligible checkpoints.

Google Mobile Ads and participating advertising partners may automatically process information such as your IP address, interactions with the app and ads, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for purposes that can include advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to estimate a device’s general location. Advertising-identifier use can depend on device settings, region, consent choices, and Google’s configuration.

4. Advertising consent and privacy choices

Where required, Patch Panic uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request or manage advertising consent before requesting ads. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, Patch Panic makes those choices available from the game’s Settings area so you can review or change them later.

Your choices can affect whether ads are personalized and what data Google and its partners are permitted to use. Some ads may still be served in a limited or non-personalized form where permitted.

5. Information you provide to us

If you contact Primal Array for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, app version, or troubleshooting information. We use that information to respond to you, investigate problems, and maintain appropriate business records.

6. Information we do not require

Patch Panic does not currently require you to create an account, enter your name, provide a phone number, upload contacts, or submit payment information directly to Primal Array in order to play.

7. How information is used

  • To save and restore local gameplay progress and settings.
  • To provide campaign progression, Daily Challenges, streaks, achievements, ranks, cosmetics, and hints.
  • To display and measure advertising and provide rewarded-ad benefits.
  • To support advertising consent, fraud prevention, and related privacy choices through Google’s services.
  • To respond to support requests and troubleshoot problems you report.

8. Third-party services

Patch Panic uses third-party services including Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. Their data practices can vary based on your region, consent choices, device settings, and the advertising services available to the app.

9. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored game progress remains on your device until it is removed by clearing the app’s storage, uninstalling the app, or through other device or operating-system controls. Your operating system may separately provide backup or restoration features.

Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

10. Children

Patch Panic does not ask players to create accounts or directly submit age information. We do not knowingly use support communications to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Advertising and consent behavior is configured to follow applicable platform and Google requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, contact us so we can review it.

11. Your choices

You may be able to manage advertising and privacy choices through Patch Panic’s Settings area, through Google’s consent message when shown, and through your device’s privacy, advertising, and app-storage controls. You can delete locally stored Patch Panic data by using your device’s app-storage controls or uninstalling the app, subject to operating-system backup behavior.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Patch Panic features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date when a revised policy is published.
