1. The game
Patch Panic is a puzzle game published by Primal Array LLC. By downloading or using Patch Panic, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable app-store terms.
2. License
Primal Array grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Patch Panic for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the game’s operation, exploit vulnerabilities, use automated means to manipulate game systems or advertising rewards, attempt to obtain unauthorized access, or use Patch Panic in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
4. Virtual credits and unlocks
Patch Panic may include in-game credits, achievements, ranks, badges, cosmetics, hints, or similar virtual items. These are game features, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for money unless Primal Array expressly states otherwise.
5. Advertising
Patch Panic may display interstitial advertisements at natural gameplay breaks and may offer optional rewarded advertisements in exchange for a gameplay benefit. Ad availability can depend on network connectivity, region, privacy choices, ad inventory, and third-party service availability. Closing or declining an optional rewarded ad may mean the associated reward is not granted.
6. Game availability and changes
We may fix, update, rebalance, add, change, or remove game features when reasonably necessary for development, security, compatibility, legal compliance, or the quality of the game. This can include changes to puzzles, progression, credits, rewards, ad placement, or supported devices.
7. Local progress
Patch Panic currently stores progress locally. Uninstalling the game, clearing app data, device failure, operating-system behavior, or changing devices may cause local progress to be lost. Cloud backup or cross-device restoration should not be assumed unless Patch Panic expressly provides it.
8. Intellectual property
Patch Panic, its branding, game design, software, artwork, text, sounds, and other original content are owned by Primal Array or used under applicable licenses and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
9. Third-party services
Patch Panic may rely on third-party services, including app stores and advertising providers. Those services may be subject to their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
10. Disclaimers
Patch Panic is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Primal Array will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use Patch Panic. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Patch Panic evolves. We will update the effective date when a revised version is published.
