Common questions
Does Patch Panic use player accounts?
No. Patch Panic currently stores progress locally with the app installation and does not require a player account.
Can I move my progress to another phone?
Not currently. Patch Panic does not yet provide an account-based cloud save, so changing devices or clearing app data may remove local progress.
How do Daily Challenges work?
Daily Challenges rotate by your local calendar day and range from Easy through Expert. They are separate from the campaign and can use advanced routing mechanics on harder days.
What happens if I miss a Daily Challenge?
Your current streak can end, but your best streak and campaign progress remain intact.
Does Patch Panic show ads?
Yes. Patch Panic can show an interstitial ad at campaign checkpoints after Jobs 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 70, including replay completions. It can also show one interstitial after five Reset cables presses during the same puzzle session. Rewarded ads are optional and can be used for benefits such as a hint or resetting the paid-hint credit cost at eligible checkpoints.
Why am I seeing a consent or privacy message?
Patch Panic uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s consent tools. Depending on your region and device, Google may require the game to ask for advertising consent or provide additional privacy choices. When required, those choices are also available from the game’s Settings area.
What happens to my local progress if I uninstall the game?
Local progress can be lost when the app is uninstalled or its storage is cleared. Your operating system may separately provide backup or restore behavior, but Patch Panic does not currently provide its own cloud account backup.
